One set contains 1* ~150 cm (60 inch) & 2* ~75 cm (30 inch) cords.
I purchased 2 tins of Barber Cords for a knitting project I just completed. They were essential as there were 8 segments and only 1 segment was knit at a time and the others held on the Barber Cords. The pattern called for consistently moving the stitches from the cords to the needles. Barber cords made this a breeze. They held the stitches securely, gently, with flexibility and could be tied when the number of stitches was large. No comparison to stiff, pokey pins or pieces of yarn! I highly recommend them. My only comment would be to make sure the size of your needles match the size of the cord.
