FREE shipping on orders more than $75.  All packages are shipped in 24 - 48 hours.  An email confirmation of shipment will be sent with the tracking number.

For orders less than $75 the following options are available

Continental USA: 

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel - $12.00.  Tracking number provided and takes approximately 14 busienss days.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost - $20.00 or if your order is more than $75, the cost of XpressPost is reduced to $15.00.  Tracking number provided and takes approx. 6 business days.
  • recipient is responsible for duties and taxes that may occur.

Canada:    

  • Canada Post Regular Parcel - $8.00. Tracking number provided and takes 2 - 9 business days. 
  • Canada Post Xpresspost - $18.00 or if your order is more than $75, the cost of Xpresspost is reduced to $12.00.  Tracking number provided and takes approx. 2 business days.

For all other orders including Alaska, Hawaii and US APO/FPO, please email jmv @ uniserve dot com with your address and the items you wish to order and we will give you a quote on the shipping.

Customer Satisfaction 

Refunds -

Please email Valley Yarn and receive authorization for return BEFORE returning items.  It is our goal to have happy customers.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money.  All we ask is that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your products.  If the products are returned in the same original condition (no opened packages or yarns that have taken the smell of cigarette smoke or other smells) we will promptly refund your money.  We do not refund shipping.  We do not refund patterns or wool wash.  Refunds will be processed when Valley Yarn has received the yarn in return.

All our packages are shipped insured and the insurance is paid by Valley Yarn Ltd.

Our products are shipped and packed in boxes made from recycled materials.

BackOrders   -

Our stock is displayed with quantity available.  We do not automatically backorder items.  If we can not fulfill your order we will email you and you can decide if you want your yarn to be back ordered.
